Our e-design service focuses on the finishing layers that bring a home to life—textiles, window treatments, rugs, pillows, art, and styling. These soft elements add warmth, texture, and character without the complexity of hard finishes or renovations.

What's Included:

  • Color scheme and fabric selections for furniture

  • Furniture layout and placement plan

  • Selection of soft furnishings (e.g., curtains, cushions, rugs, upholstery)

Not Included:

  • Hard furnishings (e.g., tiles, cabinetry, flooring)

  • Project management or trade coordination

  • Ordering or procurement of selections

Price: Starting at $2980 per room — a custom quote will be given upon completion of the design discovery meeting

The timeline below outlines the steps in our design process so you know what to expect.

  1. AVAILABILITY EMAIL
    Join our list with your email. When we have availability, you’ll receive an invitation to book your project.

  2. DESIGN DISCOVERY CALL
    (Booked on a first-come, first-served basis.)
    A Google Meet consultation to review the scope and budget. ($275)

  3. PROJECT PROPOSAL
    Your designer will outline the scope of work, fees, and next steps.

  4. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
    Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, your project officially begins.

  5. INITIAL DESIGN
    You’ll be presented with the first version of your design.

  6. DESIGN REVISION
    One revision is included to ensure the design reflects your vision.

  7. FINAL PLAN & PAYMENT
    Your complete design package is delivered once final selections and payment are complete.

Questions

  • Absolutely! We will work with you to understand your budget and develop a design plan that meets your needs while staying within financial constraints. We can prioritize elements and find cost-effective solutions as needed.

  • While we want to make your furniture work, sometimes it may not function with the design plan. We will evaluate what works and suggest ways to incorporate your current items with new elements.

  • We have multiple steps in place to ensure you will love the final design from a concept moodboard to interactive room boards, however, sometimes you may want to change things. If your package allows for revisions, we will work on those changes together.

  • Costs can vary widely depending on the scope of the project. We build every client a customized proposal after the initial design consultation.

  • We offer recommendations whenever possible but it should not be expected for E-Design.

  • Please prepare any ideas, inspirations, or preferences you have, as well as your budget and project goals. It’s also helpful to have measurements of the space and any photos or sketches of the area, if possible.
